Shingi Rice — London born self taught photographer and creative director with Zimbabwean roots and a Southern Spain upbringing.
Her work dives deep into the gaps she’s witnessed around authentic representation and cultural identity, channeling that energy into bold striking imagery that celebrates unconventional beauty standards, the overlooked and underrepresented. Since 2016, Shingi, also known as “the soul capturer” has been on a journey of connection and collaboration, leveraging social media to build a powerhouse network of creatives, agencies, and visionaries.
Her photography has been exhibited at galleries in London and Los Angeles and featured in Rizzoli's How Girls See The World and Bluecoat Press' Portrait of Britain Vol.6.
